How does Reaply work?

As an agency or brand, you can create a project, connect it to your survey platform and go live. Your project is then made available to a network of vetted field agents within your target region. From the workspace, you can see the number of agents that have accepted your project, responses that need your attention, etc. You can access recordings, transcript and more metadata to help with your QC process. 

As an agent: You can see recommended projects in your area. Once you've completed a task and it has been approved, you'll see your earnings in your wallet on the app. You can withdraw your earnings to a bank account or mobile money wallet.
